Some damage to furniture can be repaired in your home or office. This removes the need to move the furniture to and from the shop. Touching up desk edges, vacuum scuffs, and minor scrapes and scratches can make your office more appealing to clients. 

If your chairs or other items still look good but are loose and wobbly, we can re-glue the joints to return them to a safe and useable condition.

Broken parts can be repaired or we can duplicate the broken part to put your piece back in service.

We remove all the old finish and stain, taking the piece to bare wood. We then re-glue joints if needed, repair any damage if needed, sand, stain, seal, seal sand, toning or glazing if needed, and two top coats. We use a pre-catalyzed lacquer for most applications.

The tops on kitchen tables, coffee tables, end tables, dressers, nightstands, desks, plant stands sometimes take a lot of damage. If the rest of the piece is fine but the top needs some attention, we can strip and refinish the top to bring it back to new condition.

If your piece is in great shape but it doesn't quite match what you want, we can darken or shift color by toning or glazing and lock that in with a fresh topcoat of lacquer.

We inspect the damage, document the damage and provide an estimate detailing the damage, the necessary  repairs, and cost to repair, including pictures of the damage, that can be submitted to the insurance  or moving company.

We work with restoration companies so when your house is restored, so is your furniture.

We work with upholsterers to insure the frame of the piece you are reupholstering is solid and will last for many years. We also can refinish the legs, arms, or any exposed wood pieces.
